I am not familiar with how to develop the kind of web applications you are describing, but if I am not mistaken, I believe that those applications are often defined as Multi-Tenant applications.
As far as I know, this kind of applications is not included in the scope of the Silk guidance. However, there are several blog post in the web describing different approaches to build Multi-Tenant applications that you might find useful to develop your solution.
